Jenny
Director
Jenny has over 15 years of facilities management experience, consulting schools and MAT's across the country, and has developed personable, long standing relationships with our clients. Jenny provides our schools with excellent premises support, advice and guidance on financial planning, strategic budgeting and CIF funding.
Molly
Property Support Manager
Molly has been working alongside schools for over 6 years, providing professional advice on facilities management, compliance, and health and safety, as well as carrying out Fire Risk Assessments. With her industry expertise and NEBOSH qualification, Molly is on hand as our Property Support Manager and shares her knowledge with our clients to facilitate compliance and provide support.
Sally
Helpdesk Manager
Sally provides great professional support and advice to our schools on a daily basis, with anything from urgent reactive jobs, to arranging Planned Maintenance contractors and supporting staff. Sally has worked within the facilities industry specialising with schools for over 15 years and is on-hand to assist with any query you may have.
Ellie
Operations Manager
Ellie carries out the day-to-day running of Maxwell Facilities, and with project management, business and facilities knowledge under her belt she provides support to our schools as well as our staff. Ellie manages CheckBox, our digital compliance platform, runs socials, and is the editor of MFM Monthly Newsletter.

Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Jan has worked with schools providing helpdesk support for over 15 years, with knowledge and expertise Jan is able to support with any query regarding your premises and facilities.
